When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, selected treatment and the message you submit. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Shopify and its service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security or service logs to operate the website.

Why information is used

• To answer your enquiry and take steps you request before a booking: where necessary, the legal basis is taking steps towards a contract.
• To administer an agreed booking or service: where necessary, performance of a contract.
• To maintain website security and handle general correspondence or complaints: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, balanced against your rights.
• To meet applicable record-keeping or other legal requirements: compliance with a legal obligation.
• For optional cookies and any separately requested marketing: consent where required. A treatment enquiry does not itself sign you up to marketing.

Health information

Please do not include medical history, photographs of medical concerns or other sensitive information in the general enquiry form. Discuss these privately with your practitioner. Where health information is needed for treatment, the purposes, recipients, retention arrangements and applicable legal grounds, including the relevant special-category condition, must be explained when it is collected.

Who receives information

Information is available to the people who need it to respond to you and administer the service. Shopify hosts this website and processes website and form data. Communications providers process messages sent through their services. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where necessary for advice, a legal obligation or a legal claim. We do not use the enquiry form to sell personal information.
